At KenCrest, we’ve always known that Marian Baldini’s leadership was extraordinary, and now, the nation does, too. On April 9th, Marian Baldini, KenCrest’s President and CEO, was inducted into the ANCOR Foundation’s Legacy Leaders Hall of Fame as part of the 2025 class of honorees. This recognition honors Marian’s commitment to advocacy, advancing inclusive communities, and her transformative leadership in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) services.
The ANCOR Foundation’s Legacy Leaders Hall of Fame honors retiring or recently retired long-time ANCOR members who have significantly contributed to the association and the broader I/DD community. Established in 2010, the Hall of Fame acknowledges leaders whose enduring impact has shaped the future of community-based services and inclusion.
Marian’s induction was celebrated during ANCOR Connect ’25, held April 7-9 in San Diego, California. She was recognized alongside fellow inductees Jon Fisher, recently retired President of Community Support Services for Sevita, and Heidi Mansir, Executive Director of Uplift, Inc.
Under Marian’s leadership, KenCrest has expanded its reach, pioneered new supports, and deepened its commitment to empowering individuals with I/DD to live their best lives. Her visionary approach and dedication to person-centered services have left an indelible mark on the organization and its communities.
We invite you to watch the tribute video honoring Marian’s remarkable career and contributions. Please join us in congratulating Marian on this well-deserved honor. Her legacy continues to inspire all of us at KenCrest and beyond.
