What is the Staff Referral Reward$
Current employees can earn a monetary reward for referring successful new hires! If your referral is hired for a full-time permanent job and successfully completes his/her first 90-days of employment, you will receive a referral bonus payment.
*Limited time for part-time bonus addition through June 30th.
Great referrals for these positions can earn you great rewards:
- PA & DE Direct care is $400 (Part Time $200)
- CT Direct Care is $150 (Part Time $75)
- PA Teachers is $1000 (Full Time & Part Time)
- PA Nurses is $1000 (Full Time & Part Time)
