A beloved former colleague and the founding director of our Philadelphia Community Living program, Rod Hibbard; established a fund to assist fellow staff members who face unexpected emergencies such as a fire, flood, or medical bills. None of us know what tomorrow will bring, but even in the midst of challenges, the KenCrest family will always do what we can to support each other.  In 2021 the Rod Hibbard Fund Committee revised the guidelines to make the fund more accessible and impactful for our fellow team members.

You Can Support Your Fellow KenCrest Family Members

You can make contributions through payroll deductions, or by participating in the fundraisers that happen at KenCrest periodically throughout the year.
