
What is the New Business Idea Program?
In 2019, KenCrest launched a grant opportunity to fund new business ideas, service delivery, and innovations. It’s a great opportunity to develop new models and products to benefit KenCrest’s stakeholders and programs. Need more information? Contact NewIdeas@kencrest.org.

How to Apply
Get a virtual tour of the museum. Ideal for Letters for Intent for New Business Idea funding will be accepted between July 1 and September 30, 2022. Conditional awards will be announced on November 15, 2022, based on KenCrest’s mission and strategic alignment. Conditional award recipients are required to submit business plans by January 17, 2023. KenCrest Centers Board of Directors will announce the recipients in February 2023.

Get to know our opening times, ticket
- LOI will open on July 1, 2022 and will close on September 30, 2022
- Conditional award notifications will be disseminated on November 15, 2022
- Business plan submissions will be due by January 17, 2023
- Final awards will be approved by KenCrest Centers Board in February 2023
