KenCrest offers varying Early Intervention (EI) services* in the state of Pennsylvania for children ages birth to 5, and in the state of Delaware for children ages birth to 3.
In the state of Pennsylvania, we provide supports and services in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. We offer evaluation services and service coordination in the state of Delaware.
EI services include, but are not limited to:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Special instruction
- Psychological services (City of Philadelphia only)
- Nutrition
- Hearing
- Vision
- Behavior supports (including developmental functional behavior assessments)

Referrals for Early Intervention Services
Parents who have questions or concerns about their child’s development may call the CONNECT Helpline: 1-800-692-7288 or visit the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s website.
Additionally, parents with a child who qualifies for EI services can request KenCrest as their provider through the county in which they live.
