Report a Concern
We value your input and want to hear your concerns. If you are an employee of KenCrest, we encourage you to report claims of misconduct to your supervisor or director when possible. If you are not comfortable doing so, you can report concerns to our Compliance Director or a human resources representative in accordance with agency and divisional personnel policies and procedures. This process is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.
If you are not an employee, we encourage you to call our main headquarters 610-825-9360 and ask to speak with our Compliance Director.
However, we know that there may be times when you feel the need to report certain concerns anonymously. Therefore, we have selected EthicsPoint/Navex Global to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method in which to hear your concerns and reports of misconduct.
The information you provide to an EthicsPoint/Navex Global representative by phone or via their website will be sent to a designated representative within KenCrest. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and investigated to the best of our ability.
