The honor was announced in yesterday’s Sunday Inquirer Top Workplaces Supplement. When you think of the thousands of companies in the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey region, being one of the best is a singular honor.

What makes it special for me is that it was your anonymous rating of the KenCrest workplace that gave us our high rating. KenCrest is considered a large employer and to even qualify, over 400 of you had to take the time to fill out the survey and send it back to Workplace Dynamics for their analysis.

I would also like to think that your happiness with where you work reflects how the people we serve every day feel about where they learn, live, work and play. You create their “workplace” in the way you go about your job of bringing opportunity to life in creative and impactful ways.
