Celebrating a Socially Distanced Halloween

October 21st, 2020

People dressed up as the good witch, superhero, tin can man, spider web

Like many, KenCrest is preparing for a different kind of Halloween celebration this year. A committee of staff were tasked with creating a new protocol and a myriad of Halloween activity alternatives to support our residential  adult programs. Many of the activities span the age-continuum and can be enjoyed by all. Click the links below to learn about each one that you can do with your loved ones at home!

Oh My! Cakes, Cards, and Drive-Bys!

October 8th, 2020

We’ve never let anything rain on our parade at KenCrest; despite the many changes in the world around us, our birthday celebrations (although socially distanced) are still just as important and meaningful as before. In the last month, we’ve celebrated several milestone birthdays for Shirley, Patty, and Michelle with drive-by celebrations, surprise gifts, cakes, and balloons.
