KenCrest celebrated Direct Support Professionals week (Sept. 10-17) throughout the agency with a variety of activities and celebrations. DSP Week is a nationally recognized week that acknowledges the dedication and accomplishments of outstanding staff, and allows the expression of appreciation for their vital contributions to their communities. KenCrest’s theme of the week was PRIDE.
Our Chester County Community Living office was given the letter P for “Positive Approaches,” and featured a “wall of fame” for staff. Our Philadelphia office had R for “Reaching Higher” and held an Italian feast for staff. The Western Montgomery county office took the letter I for “Inclusion” and held a brunch. Home and community used D for “Discovery,” and held a picnic. Eastern office took E for “Excellence” and had a breakfast caring café. Thank you to our DSPs for all you do for the people we support!
