2007 ONLY—IRA Distribution Gifts. If you are at least 70 years and 6 months in age, the US Congress has provided you with a way to maximize the value of your IRA gift in 2007. When you give a gift of any amount from $100.00 up to $100,000.00 in 2007 directly from your IRA account to KenCrest, it is not included in your taxable income. Please call or email KenCrest Development Office, 610-825-9360, ext. 211 and we will send you a letter with the necessary wording and the IRS implications for you to forward to your IRA account administrator to minimize your taxes and maximize your IRA gift.
