Floater Resident Advisor
Full-time positions to work in a cluster of homes. Rate of pay for this position is $2.00/hour above regular resident advisor rate. Must be flexible and have the skills to work with a wide range of consumers. Must be able to travel to various sites where needed. Each floater reports to one Project Director and works in that Project Director’s cluster of homes. Requires one year of direct care experience and a valid driver’s license.

Pediatric Nurse
Innovative program seeks Pediatric Nurses to work in newly renovated group homes. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the pediatric nurse will be primarily responsible for skilled care of active young children who are weaning from medical tech support.
- Assess, plan and deliver nursing care for multi-child equipment usually three children
- Incorporate knowledge of infant and child growth and development in care
- Give support and direction to child care worker
- Provide routine ADL’s for children
- Accompany child during transport in agency vehicle.
Program Manager
Responsibilities include:

- performing direct care for individuals living in the group home
Supervisory experience in the filed of human services is preferred.
Minimum schedule requirements are 37.5 hours per week and one weekend shift per month.

Resident Advisor/Emergency Relief
New positions in Eastern Suburban Residential. Flexible position providing emergency relief coverage in your choice of homes and shifts. Minimum of 2 shifts per month required. Maximum of 32 hours per week, but hours are not guaranteed. Work at your convenience – no obligation to work if you are called. Rate of pay is $13.00 per hour. No benefits are provided for this position. Valid driver’s license required and must complete required training. This is not an overtime position and is not available to current KenCrest employees unless they resign their current position.

Part Time Support Staff (Southampton)
3 hours per week; additional 6 hrs/month.
Staff needed to support an easygoing gentleman in his mid-forties. He enjoys attending social outings with his peers. Staff would be responsible for transporting client to his desired activities which could include Weight Watcher meetings, dances, Activity Club outings, etc. Assistance also needed with laundry tasks.
Schedule: Fridays, 3PM-6PM; every other Sat., flexible 3 hours but client prefers morning into early afternoon hours.
Part-Time RN or LPN (Perkasie)
10 hours per month
RN or LPN needed to support 16 yr old female. Must have experience with PECS, Seizure Management and G-Tube. Hab activities include: self-feeding; increasing time and comfort while in stander; PECS to facilitate choice making; monitor for seizures and safety.
Schedule - 1 or 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month: 10:00AM-3:00PM or 11:00AM-4:00PM
Part-Time RN or LPN (Reiglesville)
5 hours per week
RN or LPN needed to work with a 17 year old boy with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. Provide support in the family's home. Responsibilities include seizure management, med admin, G-tube care, vent experience preferred and assistance with ADLs/personal care while assisting with working towards goals of independence, increasing communication skills, and initiating activities of preference.

7.5 hours per week
Staff needed to support female in her early 50's. Provide assistance in making healthy food choices, purchases and money management, and participating in physical activities to encourage weight loss. Consumer is very impulsive, needs role model to illustrate appropriate interaction and gently redirect without hurting her feelings. Experienced staff preferred.
Schedule: Any day during the week after 3:30, and/or Saturdays.

Staff needed for 24 yr. old female. Duties include direct supervision while working out at the Y; assisting in learning how to prepare a meal; assistance in studying for learner's permit. Client is friendly, well mannered, intelligent and a good conversationalist. Reliable worker with knowledge of brain injuries and seizure disorder training helpful.
Schedule: Every other Thursday from 3:00PM-6:00PM

Staff needed for 27 year old male. Enjoys going for walks, exercising on treadmill, and doing his favorite activities -- he enjoys complex puzzles and building using Legos. Very routine oriented. Uses a communication device at times. Experience in the field, and experience with autism preferred.
Schedule: Sunday from 1:00PM-4:00PM

Companion staff needed for male. Enjoys playing video games, riding the bus, going out into the community. Organized, very involved in his routine, likes to be aware of ucoming activities/date/appointments. Autism experience would be a plus.

Staff needed to support 73 year old lady with personal care (bathing, dental hygiene, dressing). She needs assistance completing range of motion exercises daily. Staff transports and assists the family in getting her to all of her medical appointments.
