KenCrest's administrative headquarters is situated within the Plymouth Meeting Mall complex, on the second floor of a nine story office building. There are two entrances to the mall complex, one from West Germantown Pike, and another from the junction of Hickory Road and Fountain Road.

From Philadelphia:

• Take I-76 West
• Merge onto I-476 North via EXIT 331B; toward Plymouth Meeting
• Take the Germantown Pike-West EXIT 20- toward I-276 West/Pennsylvania Turnpike West
• Turn slightly right onto Germantown Pike West.
• Go through one traffic light, and turn right at next light, entrance to the Plymouth Meeting Mall.
• Quick turn to the right, follow road as it winds around outside of mall property. At the second stop sign, you will see the nine story office building on the left.
• Park close to the office building. There are elevators on the first floor, along with stairwells. We occupy the entire second floor. As you step off the elevator our receptionist will greet you.

From Pottstown:

• Merge onto US-422 E via the ramp on the LEFT toward KING OF PRUSSIA.
• Merge onto W DEKALB PIKE / US-202 N via the exit on the LEFT toward KING OF PRUSSIA / PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE / I-76 West.
• Merge onto I-76 West.
• Merge onto I-276 E / PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE toward I-476 N / NORTHEAST EXTENSION / ALLENTOWN / NEW JERSEY / EXITS 333-359.
• Take EXIT 333 toward NORRISTOWN.
• Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the ramp toward NORRISTOWN.
• Take the PLYMOUTH ROAD ramp.
• Turn LEFT onto PLYMOUTH RD.
• Turn RIGHT onto W GERMANTOWN PIKE. 
• Quick turn to the right into mall, follow road as it winds around outside of mall property. At the second stop sign, you will see the nine story office building on the left.

• Take the SR-1 ramp toward I-95 / WILMINGTON / DEL. MEM. BR.
• Merge onto DE-1 North
• Merge onto I-95 N via EXIT 165B toward I-295 / PHILADELPHIA / WILMINGTON.
• Keep RIGHT to take I-495 N via EXIT 5D toward PORT OF WILM / PHILADELPHIA. 
• Stay STRAIGHT to go onto I-95 N (Crossing into PENNSYLVANIA). 
• Merge onto I-476 N via EXIT 7 toward PLYMOUTH MEETING. 
• Take the GERMANTOWN PIKE-WEST exit- EXIT 20- toward I-276 W / PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE WEST.
