KenCrest’s Adult Residential Community Living Homes offer individuals the opportunity to live in the community of their choice with the supports in a uniquely person-centered environment.

Located throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut, each home complements the lifestyle of the people KenCrest supports—ensuring that each resident can pursue a well-rounded, meaning-filled life full of activities, employment, friends, and family.

Men and women in our Adult Community Living reside in safe, accessible, centrally located, inclusive neighborhoods in homes. Residents are offered many services, including:

  • Transportation, employment, social activities, quality care, Meaningful Day Community Engagement, and financial and budgeting support.
  • The people we support can also receive specialty therapy services based on their individualized support plans (ISPs), such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

Community Living For Those With Complex Medical Needs

KenCrest’s Adult Community Medical Homes provide a community living option for people diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical conditions. We aim to ensure everyone can achieve the best quality of life based on their health and social needs.

In addition to specialized medical attention, residents receive support services, transportation to and from appointments, therapy services, and access to community engagement activities.

Each Community Medical Home is centrally located in safe, suburban neighborhoods and is customized to meet the needs of the residents based on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design.

Nurses and residential care workers staff every home 24 hours a day. Residents have full-time access to a primary care physician to monitor the health of all residents.

Just like every individual is unique, every KenCrest Community Medical Home also offers various customized, non-medical services and supports.

Available supports at each home include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination and transportation services to (appointments, social outings, and shopping)
  • Individualized therapy programs such as music, art, massage, occupational, physical, and speech therapy
