Bill Nolan, Executive Director, KenCrest Centers
Mr. Nolan has been the leading force behind KenCrest for the past 30 years. Under his guidance, KenCrest has expanded its scope from serving approximately 660 individuals with developmental disabilities in two Philadelphia counties to serving and supporting more than 8,700 children and adults with developmental disabilities at more than 350 sites throughout the five-county Delaware Valley region and the state of Delaware.
As Executive Director, he can also be credited with fostering a positive work environment as the Philadelphia Business Journal recently named KenCrest a top-10 “Best Places to Work among large companies of 100 or more employees.
In 2009, Bill Nolan was announced KenCrest's Chief Strategy Officer and remains as KenCrest Center's Executive Director.
Jim McFalls, Executive Director, KenCrest Services
Mr. McFalls is a current doctoral candidate at New York University in Psychology. He holds a B.A. and a M.A. in Psychology from Temple University and Glassboro State College, respectively. Mr. McFalls is also a licensed Pennsylvania psychologist and a certified family therapist, member of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Persons with Severe Handicaps (TASH) and AAIDD. In addition, he serves on state, county and regional committees dealing with non-restrictive approaches to people with disabilities and has published numerous articles in professional journals on various aspects of working with people with disabilities.
In 2009, Jim McFalls was announced KenCrest Services Executive Director.
Toni McNeal, CFO
Toni McNeal has been on staff at KenCrest since 1984. She first served with the agency as an accounting manager before being promoted to controller. In 2002 she began her tenure as CFO.
A certified scuba diver since 1995, Ms. McNeal helped organize the Atlantic Rangers Scuba Club, a Delaware Valley association of African American divers. This organization offers African American youth from Philadelphia, Chester and Wilmington an opportunity to experience scuba diving and learn leadership skills. In addition, she has gained national recognition, as evidenced by the following accolades: Diver of the Year, National Association of Black Scuba Divers (2001), Appreciation Award for Outstanding Commitment and Dedication to Youth Development, Atlantic Rangers (2002).
